All American Construction & Woodworkers, Inc (AAC&W, INC) was formed in January 2001 and is registered with the Secretary of State for South Carolina.
As a family owned and operated local upstate company, we are dedicated to serving our neighboring community and strive to satisfy all of our customers residential construction needs.
All American Construction & Woodworkers, Inc (AAC&W, INC) offers a single contractor service “One Shop Stop” for all your home maintenance, whether it is remodeling, roofing, storm damage repairs, window and door installation and service/warranty or general residential repairs.
We are a South Carolina Licensed Residential Contractor fully insured and bonded to meet all state requirements.
Our knowledgeable staff is familiar with the Standards and Practices for all insurance companies, appraisers and adjusters.
Iain Barratt, is a South Carolina Residential Contractor; Florida Residential Contractor and is certified in both Architectural and Construction Engineering. He brings to the table over 18 years in the construction industry both commercial and residential as well as expertise in architectural design and construction engineering.
John Barratt brings to the table over 40 years in the construction industry both commercial and residential with 30 years in Project Management and Estimating. He has a degree in Construction Management including Estimating and Business Law & Management. He is also a Master Carpenter/Joiner with a certification in Drafting Engineering as well as being certified as a Master Installer with the American Architectural Manufacturer Association.
